Where we ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Orders below $69: $5.90 Standard Tracked Shipping.
- Orders of $69 or more: Free Tracked Shipping.
The final available shipping rate is shown at checkout before payment.
In-stock U.S. warehouse items
Products specifically labeled “In stock at our U.S. fulfillment warehouse” are ready for tracked U.S. delivery. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Pre-order items
Products labeled “Pre-order” are not currently stocked at our U.S. warehouse. After an order is placed, the item is prepared and replenished to our U.S. fulfillment warehouse before final tracked delivery.
The estimated total delivery time for a pre-order item is 25–45 calendar days from the order date.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised date and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Orders containing both item types
An order containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are ready or may arrive in separate packages. If timing matters, please contact us before ordering.
Addresses, tracking, and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Address changes may not be possible after a parcel has been accepted by the carrier.
Tracking is provided after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos so we can review the case.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs or port delays, peak-season volume, or other events outside our reasonable control. Your statutory rights are not affected.
