How do I choose the right type of piece?

Can I choose the exact style shown in a photo?

Only when the product page presents that design as the item being sold. If a listing says “random style,” its photos are examples. One available style is selected from current stock, and a specific color, face, textile combination, or character cannot be guaranteed.

How many items are included?

The What is included note on each product page is the source for order quantity. Listings for random-style charms or magnets state when one order includes one randomly selected item. Product photos, lifestyle props, and grouped examples do not change the stated order quantity.

How long does preparation take?

YUNOVA products are prepared individually with natural materials. Production and order preparation typically take 7 to 14 calendar days. Complex, personalized, or high-volume orders may require additional time.

Where does YUNOVA ship?

YUNOVA currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive approximately 15 to 25 calendar days from the date the order is placed, including preparation and carrier transit. What is the return window?

Return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Items must meet the eligibility conditions in the Refund Policy. Contact YUNOVA before sending anything back so the request can be reviewed and return instructions can be provided.

How should I care for natural botanical decor?
